KITCHEN / CANTEEN OPERATIVE

This person will oversee the day to day operations of the canteen
facilities located on the premises of the training centre, catering
for up to * learners providing a light
breakfast and mid-day lunch 4/5 days a week.
_THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:_
* A recognised qualification in Cookery/Baking is an advantage.
* A minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Sound knowledge of food health & safety regulations.
* The ability to work effectively with CTC staff & learners to
support the work of the Centre.
